About the Role — Junior Designer

We are looking for a junior designer who thinks beyond aesthetics. At Markivis, design serves a purpose: it communicates, it converts, and it makes complex ideas feel simple. You will work across a variety of briefs — from creating social media content to supporting pitch decks for enterprise clients and contributing to web interfaces that drive real outcomes.

This is a role for someone early in their career who is hungry to grow fast. You will not be siloed into one format. You will move between digital creatives, presentation design, employer branding assets, and more, learning the full breadth of B2B marketing design under a team that takes craft seriously. What You Will Work On

Presentation and Collateral Design

• Supporting the design of corporate decks, pitch decks, and event collaterals for enterprise clients
• Assisting with data visualisation and infographic design that makes complex information easy to absorb
• Working with branded slide templates, style guides, and presentation frameworks

Social Media and Digital Creatives

• Static posts, carousels, and visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Campaign creatives across employer branding, product marketing, and demand generation
• Email and WhatsApp marketing visuals

Employer Branding

• EVP-driven creatives, recruitment marketing assets, and internal communication campaigns
• Townhall decks and anniversary campaign assets

UI/UX and Web Design

• Supporting website landing page and homepage design
• Responsive design with brand integration across mobile, tablet, and desktop

Motion and Video Support

• Basic motion graphic support for client video productions
• Design support for explainer and brand video storyboards

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of design experience, preferably from an agency or studio environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Comfortable working in PowerPoint or Keynote for presentation design
• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Willingness to work within brand guidelines and take direction well
• Ability to manage your tasks and flag bottlenecks without being micromanaged
• Good communication skills — you should be able to talk through your design thinking
