Responsibilities-
- Assist in understanding client requirements and design briefs
- Support senior designers in creating social media posts, branding assets, and marketing creatives
- Help develop fresh and creative design concepts
- Work on layouts, basic illustrations, and visual elements
- Make revisions based on feedback from team or clients
- Prepare files for print and digital use
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and social media aesthetics
Skills We're Looking For-
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
- Creative thinking and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly
- Basic understanding of layouts, colors, and typography
- Time management skills and willingness to handle multiple small tasks
