Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist the design team in creating visually engaging and consistent design assets across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for early-career designers who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and work on real-world healthcare and technology projects while contributing to the company's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphic and visual content for digital and print platforms.
- Support the design team in developing branding, marketing, and communication materials.
- Design social media creatives, layouts, illustrations, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective visual designs.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 01 year of experience (internship, freelance, academic, or personal projects are acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media design requirements.
