This is a ground-floor seat where you will learn fast and see your work ship quickly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the team across day-to-day design work, taking briefs from rough idea to finished asset while you grow your craft.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Design

• Create social posts, web graphics, and marketing assets from briefs
• Resize, adapt, and version designs across channels and formats
• Prepare clean, export-ready files to spec

Learning & Support

• Apply brand guidelines consistently across your work
• Take feedback well and iterate quickly toward the right result

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0 to 2 years in design, including internships, with a portfolio
• Working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• A good eye, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• A design degree, diploma, or strong self-taught portfolio
• Any internship or freelance design experience
• Curiosity about SaaS or technology products
