Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in graphic design; freshers welcome.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva a must; Figma is a plus.
- A portfolio showing ad creatives, social posts, or web assets - college/personal projects count.
- Eager to learn, take feedback fast, and grow under guidance.
- Comfortable juggling tasks across teams in a fast-paced setup.
Responsibilities
- Design ad creatives and marketing collateral for social and digital campaigns.
- Create website-optimized assets (banners, sliders, product visuals) to spec.
- Work closely with design leads, strategists, and content teams to execute briefs.
- Keep work on-brand and on-time, even when priorities shift.
- Stay curious - pick up new tools, trends, and formats as the work demands.
