Job Purpose
Are you passionate about retail graphics, campaign design, and creating impactful visual communication We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team at Broadway. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and physical retail execution, designing high-impact visual assets that elevate our in-store brand experience and support major campaign launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Design: Create engaging visual assets for Sale Campaigns, Seasonal Campaigns, Beauty Fests, New Store Opening (NSO) launches, and other retail marketing initiatives.
- Artwork Adaptation: Adapt and resize master artwork accurately for various retail formats, including glowboxes, signages, and store display panels, while maintaining complete design consistency.
- Print Production Management: Prepare flawless, production-ready artwork and deliver files to vendors in required formats (AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, JPEG, PNG, etc.).
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with external production vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, quality control, and timely delivery of materials.
- Visual Merchandising Support: Assist the core creative team with in-store communication, branding assets, and specialized visual merchandising graphics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 9 months to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally focused on retail branding or visual merchandising.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Print Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of print media, file prep, color modes (CMYK), and artwork specifications for large-format printing.
- Technical Accuracy: Exceptional ability to resize, scale, and adapt creatives across multiple diverse dimensions without loss of design integrity.
- AI Tool Integration: Proven ability to leverage AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, source assets, and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
- Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- 3D & Spatial Tools: Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is a strong plus.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in modern retail branding, layout design, and spatial visual merchandising.
