Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of branding and visual identity to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating impactful visual designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. You will be responsible for developing engaging marketing creatives, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage visual systems, brand identity, production quality, and brand style guides.
• Develop creative branding assets, including logos, brand collaterals, icons, typography, and visual identity elements.
• Design engaging social media creatives, banners, marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials.
• Create and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, icons, templates, illustrations, and social media posters.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, branding practices, and industry-standard tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Branding.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating social media creatives, logos, marketing collaterals, and branding assets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
