As a Junior Graphic Designer at 8 Views, you'll have the exciting opportunity to bring bold, creative concepts to life across multiple digital platforms. Your role will blend artistic design with strategic marketing goals, crafting engaging, user-centered content that resonates with audiences and drives our clients business success. With every project, you'll help shape the visual story and make a lasting impact through innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative designs and adaptations of exceptional quality.
- Execute design ideas in various formats, including social media, ads, and print advertisements.
- Assist the senior team with adaptations, resizing, and other basic tasks.
- Handle end-to-end design processes and proactively work with copywriters, client servicing, digital teams, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Handle a few brands individually as their dedicated graphic designer.
- Independently manage your work queue and handle multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related creative studies (Preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven work experience, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
- A strong understanding and practical application of design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
