Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual concepts and executing design assets for brand identities, logos, social media, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include creating graphics aligned with brand guidelines, refining typography and layout, preparing files for print and digital use, and collaborating with senior designers and marketing teammates. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, adapting designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency and quality across all creative deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visuals.
• Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including creating brand assets that support a cohesive identity.
• Good understanding of Typography, layout, and composition principles for both print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or freelance assignments relevant to this role.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-focused environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; internships or prior design experience from 1-2 years, are a plus.
