We are 50+ member team with 45 folks in our Plant in Odisha. We are a tiny business team in Gurgaon with 4 people and would want to keep that lean.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to create, edit and finalizine realistic Infographics, Creatives and Videos
- Plan and execute video shoots for product ads, how-to-use videos, customer testimonials, and brand stories.
- Reach out to Influencers for Marketing collaborations
- Edit videos for multiple channels, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, Amazon listings, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Design banners, lifestyle images, infographics, and visuals for product detail pages (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Translate product features and benefits into compelling visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or alternatives like Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro.
- A portfolio showcasing a mix of product design, social content, video ads, and packaging (if any).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
