smart, hands-on Backend Developer who enjoys writing clean code, building scalable services, and solving engineering challenges.
This role is ideal for someone with
1–3 years of experience who wants to grow in backend engineering and work on APIs, microservices, integrations, and performance-focused product development.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain backend services using Golang
- Develop and enhance REST APIs and backend business logic
- Work on scalable, reliable, and high-performance services
- Integrate with databases, internal systems, and third-party services
- Participate in feature development from design to release
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features
- Support deployment, monitoring, and issue analysis in staging and production environments when required
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of backend development experience
- Good hands-on experience in Golang
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and concurrency basics
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP-based services
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar
- Understanding of clean coding practices, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub
- Someone who enjoys ownership, learning quickly, and solving complex problems
Good to have
- Exposure to microservices-based architecture
- Experience with API integrations
- Basic understanding of Docker, containers, or deployment workflows
- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or caching concepts

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Golang
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Build and enhance business logic for product features
- Work with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues across different environments
