Job Description
We are looking for a logically strong and technically sound Junior Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will work on product enhancements, modernization initiatives, automation, and new Proof of Concepts (POCs). This role offers exposure to modern cloud technologies, Agentic AI, and enterprise-grade FinTech applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using .NET Core 6/8 and C#.
- Contribute to automation development using Python (good to have).
- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices.
- Work with UI frameworks using Angular 12+ (minimum Angular 2+ with strong TypeScript).
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code following OOP principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic using SQL Server.
- Work on Azure services including App Services, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Function Apps, Logic Apps, DevOps Pipelines, etc.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and test-driven development (good to have).
- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and new Application development in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills
Backend Technologies
- .NET Core (6 or 8), C#
- Strong logical reasoning & problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts
Frontend
- Angular 12+ preferred (Angular 2+ acceptable)
- TypeScript (Mandatory)
- React experience good to have
Database
- SQL Server queries, functions, triggers, stored procedures
Cloud (Mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Azure Services, especially: Azure App Services, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure DevOps Pipeline, Function Apps, Logic Apps
Automation & Scripting
- Python for automation good to have
- PowerShell scripting good to have
- Exposure to RPA tools like Power Automate / Blue Prism good to have
AI / Agentic AI (Mandatory)
- Hands-on exposure to Azure AI / Agentic AI frameworks
Additional Good-to-Have
- Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
