About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with basic to intermediate experience in the MERN Stack, Next.js, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, contribute to real projects, fix bugs, build modules, and continuously upgrade your skills through guidance and hands-on coding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development
- Assist in developing web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Next.js, Node.js).
- Build and maintain simple UI components using React.js / Next.js.
- Help create and integrate REST APIs.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Work on debugging and implementing new features under supervision.
2. Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with senior developers to understand project requirements.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and internal workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback.
- Take part in team discussions and sprint planning.
3. Problem Solving & Bug Fixing
- Identify and fix basic front-end and back-end bugs.
- Learn to troubleshoot errors quickly.
- Support the team in testing and validating features.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation for modules you work on.
- Update task status regularly and communicate progress effectively.
- Follow timelines and deliver work as assigned.
Required Technical Skills
- Good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of React.js / Next.js.
- Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js.
- Basic understanding of MongoDB and database queries.
- Knowledge of Git & GitHub workflow (push, pull, branches, commits).
- Understanding of API concepts, JSON, and REST architecture.
- Eagerness to learn AWS deployment (training will be provided).
