Position Overview:
Master-Works is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The role involves working on
React-based web applications and
Java (Spring Boot) backend services used in an enterprise data analytics and data virtualization platform.
You will gain hands-on experience working on both frontend and backend technologies, supporting the development of innovative applications that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web UI components using React.js
- Integrate frontend with REST APIs
- Work with UI designs and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Fix UI bugs and improve performance
- Participate in UI enhancements and feature development
- Develop REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement business logic, validations, and basic security checks
- Assist in integrating backend services with external systems (e.g., authentication, data engines)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential
- Basic understanding of frontend framework React.js
- Some experience with Java backend technologies
- Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and basic SQL queries
- Exposure to version control systems, preferably Git
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Exposure to Docker or containerized applications
- Familiarity with Linux commands
