Role SummaryThe Junior / Fresher Business Development Executive will support the business development team in driving growth for architectural, redevelopment, and PMC projects. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, proposal preparation, presentations, site visits, CRM management, and marketing support. This position is ideal for fresh graduates seeking exposure to real estate and consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation- Identify and generate leads for architectural, redevelopment, SRA, and PMC projects
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, housing societies, developers, and investors
- Maintain and update prospective client lists and track opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management- Liaise with housing societies, developers, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
- Attend client meetings, society presentations, and site visits with senior executives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat and referral business
3. Proposal & Presentation Support- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, EOIs, capability statements, and fee proposals
- Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, legal, and PMC teams for inputs
4. CRM & Documentation- Maintain accurate CRM records, client databases, and lead trackers
- Track proposal status, client feedback, and follow-ups
- Assist in drafting MoUs, appointment letters, preliminary agreements, and internal reports
5. Negotiation & Management Support- Support senior management in client negotiations, commercial discussions, and scope finalization
- Assist in coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals with internal teams
6. Marketing & Strategic Outreach- Support branding, digital marketing, and strategic outreach initiatives
- Assist in organizing society meetings, seminars, presentations, and networking events
- Track competitor activity and industry trends in real estate and redevelopment
7. Client-Facing & On-Ground Roles- Attend site visits, society interactions, and redevelopment project inspections
- Engage clients in late-evening meetings and weekend interactions when required
- Understand client requirements and provide field-level feedback to internal teams
8. Skill Development & Learning- Gain exposure to real estate, redevelopment, SRA, and PMC processes
- Learn proposal preparation, client handling, presentations, negotiations, and project coordination
- Work closely with senior executives to develop BD, marketing, and strategic planning skills
Required Skills & Competencies- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
- Professional and proactive approach, with willingness to travel across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
- Interest in real estate, redevelopment, and architecture consultancy
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
Work Conditions- Primary office: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- Field-oriented role with frequent client meetings and site visits
- May require late evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays based on project requirements
Eligibility Criteria- Education: Graduate (Any discipline; Architecture, Civil, Management, or Marketing preferred)
- Experience: Fresher / 01 year experience
- Exposure to real estate, redevelopment, sales, or internships will be an advantage
Compensation- Internship (6 months Mandatory): Stipend ranging from 5,000 12,000 per month (performance-based)
