Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Formulation Scientist and R&D Associate based in Bengaluru. The role involves actively participating in research and development activities, performing laboratory experiments, assisting with formulation development, and supporting technology transfer processes. The position will contribute to the creation and enhancement of novel sustainable products in line with the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience in formulating consumer products
• Strong background in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Formulation techniques
• Familiarity with Technology Transfer processes and a thorough understanding of product development workflows
• Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious initiatives is a plus
