Desired skill set/experience -

• Experience working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and comfortable with 

dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands.  

• Experience with automation/reporting tools and working SQL knowledge will be useful. 

• Excellent communication skills.  

• Fast learner/critical thinker.  

• Detail oriented

• Aptitude for finance/quantitative analysis  

• MBA Finance from reputed institute  

• 6 months -2 years relevant experience  

Responsibilities  -

• Handle monthly loan portfolio and payment reconciliation process.  

• Month end close of P&L and balance sheet substantiation, provide commentary on 

material P&L moves.  

• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial dashboards and investor/client reports.  

• Perform day to day Cash Management.  

• Document, optimize, and automate monthly reconciliation processes and reports.  

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to discuss product roadmap and process 

enhancements. 

• Partner with cross functional teams to analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, 

and support data-driven decision-making
