Junior Female Accountant Required (Experience 1-2 years)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting senior accounting staff. Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
- Record and classify financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Generate and analyze financial reports.
Expense Management
- Track and reconcile employee expenses.
- Ensure compliance with expense policies.
Assist In Audits
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Prepare necessary documentation for audit purposes.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare reports for management review.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- B.com or M.com
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
Entry-level position, but internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
