Working Days : Monday – Friday
Job Summary –
Façade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the façade system.
Job Description -
Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.
Prepare concept drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings
Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.
Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades
Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.
Issuance of RFI
Preparing shop drawings as per Blick's standard layers & drafting standard
Preparing drawing register in excel format
Desired Candidate profile –
Working knowledge of 2D and 3D design software – AutoCAD, Revit
Attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge
Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience
