Job Description

Job Role :

To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.

- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company's strategies to enhance the store's profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
-Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits -Malabar Promises and product detailsto ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with theManagerfor business improvement.
-Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.-Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
- Assist in BTL marketing.
