Junior Executive - Psychologist in Navi Mumbai, Kharghar

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural observations and support psychological assessments for recruitment, role suitability, and employee development.
• Support counselling coordination, employee wellbeing initiatives, and interventions related to stress, fatigue, burnout, and workplace challenges.
• Assist in reviewing incidents and behavioural trends to identify underlying human factor risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver HELM (Human Element, Leadership and Management) and soft-skills training.
• Support leadership development, communication, decision-making, and positive workplace culture initiatives.
• Maintain confidential assessment records, observations, and reports.
