Role Purpose

The L&D incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Learning & Development plan in alignment with organization & global requirements. These could include all types of skills required for a role to be successful. Besides this, learning executive in terms of managing the MIS, reporting, budgets, audits, compliances, and vendor management will also be a part of the role. The incumbent will work closely with L&D manager, training coordinators, SMEs, business stakeholders and global teams to ensure seamless execution of training operations.

Responsibilities/ Task

Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority

  • Planning, Designing & Implementing Trainings Programs.
  • Coordinate and execute learning program as per current business requirements.
  • Collect participant feedback and prepare posttraining MIS reports.
  • Measure the effectiveness of programs and assist in developing mechanisms for learning impact evaluation.
  • Manage all administrative arrangements required for training execution.
  • Communicate training schedules to participants and key stakeholders.
  • Support the induction and onboarding training process for new employees.
  • Training Need Identification (TNI) & Training Calendar Preparation
  • Collaborate with training coordinators and functional managers to collect TNIs or training requirements for employees covered under appraisal cycles.
  • Compile levelwise TNI data across departments.
  • Prepare the Internal Technical Training Calendar in consultation with the reporting manager.
  • Manage internal skill matrix and skillgap data to effectively plan onthejob development programs.
  • Knowledge Management & MIS
  • Maintain and update the LMS (Learning Management System) with accurate training records.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge repository on SharePoint.
  • Ensure complete documentation and reporting for L&D audits (internal & external).

Process Improvements & New Initiatives

  • Support the L&D Manager in executing new L&D strategies, frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve L&D processes and learning operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Key Performance Indicators

Training Need Identification accuracy and timelines Annual and Monthly Training Calendar completion & rollout Behavioral & Technical Training Catalogue creation. Execution of the training plan Skill Matrix and Competency Data Management Achievement of training mandays across departments. Successful execution of L&D process improvement initiatives. Adherences of internal & external audit compliances Accuracy and completeness of MIS & documentation

Educational Qualification

Full-time Degree/Diploma in Learning & Development, HR, or equivalent work experience. (Mechatronics background preferred for technical training support.)

13 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or HR

Critical Skill Sets (Technical)

  • Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (classroom, elearning, simulations, onthejob, workshops).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and timemanagement skills.
