We're Hiring: Junior HR Executive – Pune
About the Role:
As an HR Executive, you will drive the design and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. You will build and manage our Performance Management System (PMS), develop KRA/KPI structures, and ensure seamless performance tracking. Your expertise will help shape our organizational structure, streamline talent acquisition, and automate HR processes for enhanced efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Build and manage Performance Management System (PMS)
- Define and deploy KRA/KPI frameworks
- Track and monitor performance metrics regularly
- Drive talent acquisition for client-facing and operational roles
- Develop organizational structures, roles, and accountability frameworks
- Implement HRMS/tools for performance tracking & automation
- Ensure compliance & effective employee lifecycle management
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of HR experience
- Proven expertise in PMS implementation, KRA/KPI frameworks, and organizational structuring
- Hands-on experience in hiring for execution-heavy/service industries
- Strong skills in performance management, analytics, policy design, and stakeholder management

- Consulting / Service-based firms
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
Location: Pune
CTC - 6 LPA
