Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Human Resources & Administration to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office administration and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
    • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
    • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee communications.
    • Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
    • Assist in payroll inputs, reimbursement tracking, and statutory documentation.
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training sessions, and wellness activities.
    • Support performance management and probation review processes.
    • Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
    • Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Administration

    • Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management.
    • Maintain inventory of office assets, stationery, and consumables.
    • Assist in travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and logistics for employees and visitors.
    • Coordinate courier services, document dispatches, and office correspondence.
    • Support meeting arrangements, conference room bookings, and office events.
    • Maintain records of office assets and vendor agreements.
    • Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and availability of office resources.
Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
