Job Description

Job Summary:
The role involves close coordination with clients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for client organizations.

  • Support in salary structuring, tax computation, and full & final settlements.

  • Prepare and file statutory returns such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and LWF.

  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation as per labor laws.

  • Assist in obtaining and updating statutory registrations (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

  • Coordinate with clients for data collection, query resolution, and compliance updates.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to defined timelines and processes.3. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.

Technical Skills:
Excel, HRMS tools
Knowledge of statutory compliances PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.
Familiarity with labor laws and related statutory registers

Soft Skills:
Attention to detail
Good Communication
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
