Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Smart Fresher/ 1-2 years of experience in HR

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software and talent management systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
