Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and execute all aspects of events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries as a secondary contact to support client relationship management
  • Organize and facilitate pre- and post-event meetings and manage event documentation to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, exhibitors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to support event execution
  • Enter and maintain accurate event data in relevant systems
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities to support team objectives and organizational goals
  • Commit to a minimum one-year tenure to maintain continuity and contribute to team performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail aligned with organizational standards
  • Manage event documentation accurately and produce clear, concise reports using organized administrative skills
  • Demonstrate proactivity by taking initiative and following through on assigned tasks until completion
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player and apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges under pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma holder preferred, reflecting foundational knowledge relevant to service or hospitality industries
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in service or hospitality industry to support event or client management
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude conducive to a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
