Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior Executive Assistant. The individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and executive support to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing and maintaining expense reports, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication, and assisting with various tasks and projects to support executives. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and calendar management
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Executive Support skills, including task prioritization, organization, and handling confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong aptitude for administrative and executive support duties
