This is an Event Design + Execution role- not a graphics-only or desk job.

If you:

• Get excited about moodboards, colour palettes & references

• Love designing, detailing & styling

• Have an eye for florals, decor & visual aesthetics

• Can coordinate with vendors and get things done

• Don't mind running around on event days to make sure everything looks right, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be involved in:

• Creating moodboards, presentations & design decks
• Design detailing, styling & decor references
• Venue visits & on-ground execution
• Vendor coordination & follow-ups
• Inventory management
• Element sheet- Understanding the right elements and making excel sheets
• Ensuring execution matches the design vision

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years in Event Design / Decor / Weddings / related creative fields
• Strong design sense & attention to detail
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Canva & MS Office is a must..

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who loves creating experiences, not just pretty pictures.
