Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from the domestic market, especially MSMEs.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.
  • Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and IT service offerings to clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients for business conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and update sales pipeline regularly.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Sales / IT Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services.
  • Experience in handling domestic clients and MSME outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct product/service demonstrations confidently.
  • Good understanding of lead generation and sales conversion strategies.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have prior experience in IT service sales.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude with excellent follow-up capabilities.
