Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from the domestic market, especially MSMEs.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions and services.
- Present and demonstrate company products and IT service offerings to clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients for business conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales pipeline regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Sales / IT Business Development.
- Strong understanding of IT services.
- Experience in handling domestic clients and MSME outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct product/service demonstrations confidently.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have prior experience in IT service sales.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
