Technical
Candidate should have worked in Maintenance (E&I) Function having experience
- Hands on experience in E&I equipment preferrably PLC systems trouble shooting, reinstallation of software programme. Ability to read E&I circuits and drawings during trouble shooting. Knowledge of HT & LT switchgears
- Experience in Preparing and ensuring Annual & preventive maintenance plan, TPM.
- Equipment spare parts management.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC services of UPS, HVAC and other equipment's.
- knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 documentations for maintenance function.
- Understanding of good safety practices during R&M activities.
Soft Skills
- Systematic & Methodical working,
- Leading maintenance electricians and fitters, work allotment to shift technicians, Should be a team player,
- meeting internal customers needs and expectations, Good Written & verbal communication skill.
- Ability to communicate in English Language.
Administrative Skills
- Ability to get the work done thru contractors,
- Close coordination with suppliers and vendors. Repo building with local machine shops for getting the repair work done during breakdown.
