Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Agra. The Junior Engineer will assist in day-to-day engineering activities, including monitoring production processes, supporting equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. The role includes collaborating with senior engineers and operations staff, preparing basic technical documentation and reports, and helping implement process improvements. The Junior Engineer will also support troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed, and following all safety and compliance procedures.
Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of engineering principles in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, basic schematics, and standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support troubleshooting and process optimization.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, basic data analysis software).
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Agra and learn in a fast-paced, manufacturing or operations-focused environment.
