Junior Engineer / Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Planning & Supervision

• Plan and organize construction work at the site as per project requirements.
• Supervise and direct daily activities of site personnel, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety norms.

Project Coordination & Monitoring

• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks at various construction stages and inspect completed work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations on-site.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and technical data.
• Provide timely updates to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

• Identify technical challenges and implement prompt and practical solutions.
• Ensure all technical issues are addressed with minimal project disruption.
