Junior Engineer

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer based in Bandra. The Junior Engineer will assist senior engineers and project managers with day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work adheres to design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supporting quantity estimation, tracking materials and resources. The Junior Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery and gain hands-on exposure to residential real estate development.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundational knowledge of civil or construction engineering principles, building materials, and structural concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).
• Basic skills in project coordination, including tracking progress, assisting with quantity estimation, and preparing site reports.
• Understanding of construction safety standards, quality control practices, and local building regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn from on-site experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in construction or real estate development is an advantage.
