Role Description
The Junior Engineer will support daily operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, ensuring machinery efficiency, and maintaining product quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Amod, Gujarat. Additional responsibilities include assisting in process optimization, analyzing operational data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, and contributing to continuous process improvements to adhere to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and operational equipment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and contribute to process optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Education & Experience: A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields. Relevant work experience in a manufacturing setup is an advantage.
- Other Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and blueprint or technical drawing interpretation is beneficial.
