JUNIOR ENGINEER – OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities services team. The SE – O&M will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of our facilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building systems and equipment. You will also be involved in planning and implementing facility improvement projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance The Junior Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting activities, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. Key responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance schedules, providing support for electrical systems, and assisting in the overall maintenance and management of assets. The role requires close collaboration with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma In Elect./Mech. With Proven Experience Of At Least 05 Years In Operations & Maintenance Of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Systems Including PHE And HVAC Along With Facility Documentation And Compliance (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal, Etc.)

Salary:

Net Pay :Rs.26,000.00 Per Month
