Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer (Maintenance) located in Chennai. The Junior Engineer will be primarily responsible for overseeing and executing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on a variety of equipment. The role also involves ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance routines and adherence to maintenance schedules for reliable and efficient operations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Skills in Electrical Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective troubleshooting
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively
- Relevant technical or engineering educational background (e.g., diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
