Job Description

  • Role Overview

    We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Microsoft 365 (O365) Engineers/Administrators to support and manage our enterprise collaboration environment. The candidate will assist in administration, troubleshooting, and user support for Microsoft 365 services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administration & Support

    • Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services such as:
      • Exchange Online
      • SharePoint Online
      • Microsoft Teams
      • OneDrive for Business
    • Perform basic user administration:
      • User creation, modification, and deletion
      • License assignment and management
    • Support mailbox management, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes

    Monitoring & Maintenance

    • Monitor service health and performance via Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting
    • Assist in implementing security and compliance configurations

    Incident & Request Handling

    • Handle L1 / L2 tickets related to:
      • Email issues
      • Teams connectivity
      • SharePoint access
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues within SLA timelines
    • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

    Security & Compliance (Basic)

    • Assist in:
      • MFA setup and enforcement
      • Conditional Access basics
      • Basic security alerts investigation
    • Follow standard security policies and governance practices

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles
    • Update incident logs and generate reports as required
