Position: Executive / Engineer - IT
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Reports To: IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to office and shop-floor users.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, Scanners and networking devices.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs and access rights.
- Data backup, antivirus and system security monitoring.
- Support ERP / CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
- Maintain IT asset and service records.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure data security and system uptime.
- Follow IT security and company data protection policies.
- Support audits and IT compliance activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and software installation.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and email configuration.
- Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Any graduate /ITI stream holder.
- 0 to 1 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 19,000 to 23,500 per month (Based on experience & skill)
