Junior Engineer / Engineer - Service PDI

The PDI Engineer responsible for Problems resolution at customer end within PAN India.

The role ensures operation efficiency, Equipment reliability, Customers satisfaction, Service PDI, RCA

Experience and Education:

1) Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.

2) Experience 8–10-year Experience in Service MHE / OEM

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1) Field failure analysis & resolution of issues.

2) Coordinate closely with Government projects & Key customers for issues resolution with RCA & improve customers satisfaction.

3) Oversee preventative & breakdown maintenance activities across all sites.

4) Maintain strong relationship with clients & key customers.

5) Service PDI & manage escalation effectively for timely closer to get FTR / ETR

6) SOP, Process, Machine documents review & closer.

1) Customer satisfaction & escalation managements.

2) Process improvements & operational excellence

3) Client relationship & service delivery management.

4) Field complaint resolution with RCA

5) Equipment manual knowledge & Service PDI of Equipment (Forklift / Reach Truck / Jambo / BOPT)
