Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer at our Bawal location. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for supporting production operations, performing quality assurance tasks, assisting in technical documentation, and conducting technical evaluations on equipment and processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and the successful execution of engineering projects. In addition, creating and maintaining accurate reports and adhering to safety standards is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Technical Competencies: Knowledge of engineering principles, hands-on experience with equipment and systems, and problem-solving capabilities in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to conduct technical evaluations, analyze data accurately, and provide actionable solutions.
- Communication and Team Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in drafting technical reports, maintaining documentation, and using MS Office or AutoCAD tools.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with quality assurance processes and safety standards. Prior internship or work experience in engineering is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
