Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in factory or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems and machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of factory electrical infrastructure.
- Support senior engineers in diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Maintain documentation of electrical systems, schematics, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 12 years of experience working in a factory or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial automation systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety protocols and standards.
