Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Junior Edtech Counsellor (B2C). As a Junior Edtech Counsellor, you will engage directly with prospective learners, offering guidance on suitable programs based on their aspirations and career trajectories. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include counseling, responding to inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining excellent relationships to support student success. Additionally, you'll work closely with internal teams to understand product strengths and communicate value effectively to potential learners.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for counseling and engaging with prospective learners
- Experience in lead conversion, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze learners career goals and match them with appropriate programs
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate data records and follow-up processes
- Time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities to address learners concerns
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related fields
- Prior experience in education or counseling is a plus, but not mandatory
