Role Description The Junior Editor role at Candies Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the Junior Editor will review and refine written and visual content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include proofreading, correcting grammar and syntax, fact-checking information, and supporting senior editors in preparing content for digital platforms. The Junior Editor will collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to maintain high editorial standards across projects, organize and manage content assets, and assist in meeting production timelines. This role also involves learning and applying feedback, contributing ideas to improve content quality, and supporting the overall creative process.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Strong foundational skills in editing and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital media, content creation workflows, and editorial best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow under guidance from senior team members.
• Prior internship / entry-level or 1 year experience in editing, publishing, or digital content is an advantage but not required.
