Fashion with Benefits (FWB) is looking for a Junior E-commerce Sales Executive to support and manage our online sales operations across our FWB Shopify website and Myntra.

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end online orders received through the FWB Shopify website and Myntra
• Process orders, pick and pack products and coordinate dispatches for timely fulfilment
• Ensure online orders are correctly packed, labelled and ready for dispatch
• Regularly update and maintain inventory across online platforms
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the internal team for replenishment
• Handle order-related queries, cancellations, returns and exchanges
• Keep product listings, stock information and order status updated
• Track daily online sales and maintain basic sales/order reports
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production and other internal teams for smooth order processing
• Monitor online orders and marketplace activities and flag any issues that need attention

What we're looking for

• Freshers with an interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce / online sales / order management will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Interest in fashion and e-commerce would be an advantage

Don't have prior e-commerce experience That's okay.
