Position Overview

We are seeking a high performing Junior E-commerce Operations Associate (freshers or candidates with upto 2 years experience) who will work directly with our founder to support and manage key operational activities across order fulfilment, inventory, sourcing, supplier coordination, compliance, logistics and administration.

The role requires strong ownership, effective coordination and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing, packing and fulfilment activities.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of packing and operations staff.
• Track inventory levels, shipments, returns and deliveries.
• Conduct product, market, supplier and competitor research.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and coordinate quotations, samples and deliveries.
• Support product, marketplace and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, service providers and internal teams.
• Manage routine administrative and operational activities.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS Office applications.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, procurement, logistics, sourcing or marketplace operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
