Key Responsibilities:
- This role will focus primarily on catalog management, listing optimisation, operational execution, stock coordination, and marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth business functioning across all platforms.
- Daily order processing across D2C and marketplaces.
- Creating & managing listings for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashions)
- Order management & liaising with third-party logistics partners for delays
- Keeping a track and processing RTOs & RTVs
- Offering relevant customer support on platforms and keeping a track of product reviews.
- Manage and share the catalogue operations reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with in-house team members.
- Assist your immediate lead in running promotions, offers, ads and sales campaigns
Desired Skills / Competencies:
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of hands-on marketplace management experience
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket.
- Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central dashboards
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO
