This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior E-Commerce Amazon Ads Specialist, based in the Pune Division. The role involves implementing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize advertising efforts and improve client product visibility on the Amazon marketplace.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Commerce and Sales practices
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign results and optimize performance
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and client interaction
• Basic understanding of Customer Service practices and consumer behavior
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
