Junior Dotnet Developer

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled .Net (C#) backend developer, with 2-4 years of hands-on experience

in C# and API technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and support of our FAS, demonstrating strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain modules of the Fund Accounting System (FAS).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support

implementation and testing.

Assist development leads in scoping, estimating timelines, and planning deliveries.

Coordinate with business users for support queries and issue resolution.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and documentation.

Support automation and DevOps initiatives to enhance application deployment and monitoring.

Adapt to evolving priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification: B.E. or B. Tech

Experience: 2-4 years

Work Experience and Skills required:

Required skills:

.Net backend developer with 2-4 years experience in building rapid server-side API's using .NET

Core.

API Development: Proven experience in building high-performance server-side APIs using .NET

Core.

String in multithreading, concurrency management and memory management.

Exposure to web development is added advantage especially using React UI framework

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve

production issues effectively.

Agile Methodology: Passionate about Agile practices and committed to delivering high-quality

software with built-in quality standards.

Database Tools: Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.

Messaging: RabbitMQ

Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate focus and

commitment during critical phases.

Linux Proficiency: Working knowledge of Linux environments for development and deployment

tasks.

Additional Technical Exposure: Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions like

Redis and Memcached is a plus

Git/TFS experience.
