We are looking for a Junior Domo Analyst to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of our Domo analytics platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining standard dashboards and cards, assisting with data and content cleanup, supporting users, and helping keep the Domo environment organized, reliable, and easy to use. The role works closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams and does not own platform strategy or architecture.
How You'll Contribute:
- Dashboard and Card Creation: Build, update, and maintain standard Domo cards and dashboards based on defined business requirements and best practices
- Data and Instance Maintenance: Assist with cleaning and organizing datasets, dashboards, and cards. Identify unused, outdated, or duplicate content and support cleanup efforts
- User and Platform Support: Support user access requests and assist with basic troubleshooting and platform questions, escalating complex issues when needed
- Documentation and Standards: Help maintain naming conventions, descriptions, and basic documentation for datasets and dashboards
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior analysts and business users to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, usable analytics
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Domo features and platform updates and apply them under guidance to improve usability and efficiency.
Requirements
What Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or reporting role, with hands-on experience using Domo or a comparable business intelligence platform
- A degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Entry-level or associate Domo certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of data structures, metrics, and relationships. Basic to intermediate SQL skills preferred. Strong comfort working with structured datasets and spreadsheets
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to follow established standards, manage multiple requests, and grow in a fast-paced environment
